COLD is the game. Ice packs are king
We have found the ideal temps for most plants is between 40 and 75 degrees. Any more of less than that your could get into trouble.
IF YOU LIVE SOMEWHERE HOT (OVER 80 degrees Fahrenheit) YOU NEED an Ice Pack.
We call it an Ice Diaper. We take the time to WRAP YOUR ICE PACK and pad it in your box. We can't promise much after 3 day in the heat, but we are shipping this way down to Florida and across to California in the SUMMER HEAT.
People are so happy with their plant upon arrival with the "Ice Diapers" they have reached out to tell us so.
WE take great pride in our product, and getting it to you safely and healthy. If you live somewhere HOT and choose NOT to buy an Ice Pack we aren't going to be able to work with you much if there is a problem.

The ice packs was hot.
My plants arrived in great shape and had to stay in the box an extra day because I was out of town. I had a relative bring the plants inside my house so they didn’t sit in the hot sun an extra day and when I was finally able to open them up they were in great shape thanks to the ice pack I ordered with them. Plus the ice pack is reusable!
Mine was completely melted and warm. I’m not sure if I needed them or not. But I do wish we didn’t have to pay for it.

Waste of money. I purchased one for my order and the pack was literally hot by the time I opened the box
